All of us daily clean our body from outside but how many of you think about the inner cleaning of body. Never, yeah we never thought of cleansing our body from inside and it contains lots of garbage like a car has. Butt we get the service of the car done, but did we get the parts of our body serviced?…….
The Answer is No. But don’t worry here i am sharing some tips that will definitely going to cleanse yourbody inside.
Here are some tips that can be helpful in cleansing your body
*1. For liver cleansing: – Make juice in a mixer by taking 20 grams of black raisins and 1 glass of water and take it on an empty stomach in the morning for 15 days, it cleanses the liver.
*2. For kidney cleansing:- * Mix 40 grams of green coriander + 1 glass of water and grind it in a mixer and take it on an empty stomach in the morning, doing this for 10 days cleans the kidney. And our kidney remains healthy.
*3. For cleaning the heart:– * Grind 60 grams of flaxseed in a mixer, then take 10-10 grams empty stomach in the morning and evening, our heart remains healthy, this remedy has to be done for 1 month.
*4. For cleaning the mind, take 8 almonds and 2 walnuts, soak them in 1 glass of water at night and take it on an empty stomach in the morning. By doing this for a full 2 months, the brain can be completely poisoned. Another one is to do meditation daily for atleast 10 minutes a day.
*5. For cleaning the lungs: – * 2 teaspoon honey + 1 teaspoon lemon juice + 1 teaspoon ginger juice after mixing all the things and consuming it on an empty stomach in the morning, the damage caused to our lungs by cigarettes, gutkha or tobacco. There will be improvement and our lungs become completely healthy. This experiment is to be done for about 20 days. Along with this do some sort of breathing excercises that will also be helpful.
